Trying to Ignore Anxiety

My DOT physical is tomorrow, so that could determine whether I am allowed to keep trucking. Scared, but hopeful. Not doing much today, except working and trying to stay calm. Have a great day everyone.

Honestly, I hate rules and restrictions. I'm going to start with assuming those after a supportive community know how to act civil and care about others. I see no need to lay down rules if we just use common sense and be caring individuals. I want everyone to feel free to discuss anything.
