The cost is not the time spent replaying; the cost is the loss of energy for the decisions you must make now. • The Conflict Avoidance Cost (CAC): 🛑🤝 This is the energy spent saying "Yes" to commitments you dread (social events, favors, low-priority tasks) simply because the act of saying "No" feels too difficult, confrontational, or requires too much explanation. The CAC drains your sovereignty because you are prioritizing the emotional comfort of others over your own Structural Schedule.

• The Perfection Search: 🔎⏳ This is the Vector where you spend days researching, refining, or waiting for the "perfect" system, app, or moment to begin a task. This feels productive, but it is actually a form of high-level procrastination. You are sacrificing momentum—the single most valuable asset—in exchange for the illusion of control.
